Good tiling is in the preparation: breaking out hollow tiles, checking slab levels, waterproofing wet areas, then laying with the right adhesive and spacers. Shortcuts show up as hollow sounds, lippage and cracked tiles within a year.
We lay large-format vitrified tiles (600×1200 and up), Indian and Italian marble with polishing, granite, laminated wooden flooring and SPC, and anti-skid tiles for bathrooms and balconies.

Materials we use

What is the tiling labour rate per sq ft in Mumbai?
Labour-only tiling is usually ₹35 to ₹65 per sq ft depending on tile size and whether it is floor or wall. Supply plus fixing of vitrified tiles is roughly ₹120 to ₹260 per sq ft.
Can new tiles be laid over old ones?
Sometimes, if the old floor is level and not hollow, and the door heights allow it. We check with a tap test before recommending it.
Marble or vitrified for a Mumbai flat?
Vitrified tiles are lower maintenance and cost less. Marble looks richer but needs polishing and sealing. Our flooring guide compares them in detail.
How do payments work?
Usually a booking amount to start, then payments linked to stages: civil and plumbing, ceiling and electrical, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay the full amount upfront.
Will you handle the society NOC?
Yes. We prepare the scope letter most societies ask for, follow the society working hours, book the service lift and remove debris every day or two.
