Modular kitchen
Modular Kitchen in Mira Road & Bhayandar | Designed for Indian Cooking
Kitchens built around how Indian families cook: heavy vessels, masala drawers, a tall pantry and a chimney that actually pulls the smoke out.

Mumbai kitchens are small, so every centimetre counts. We measure the platform, window, gas line, sink and electrical points, then design base units, wall units and a tall unit that use the full height of the wall. Drawers replace shelves wherever possible because they are easier to reach and keep clean.
We build carcasses in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood near the sink and BWR or MR plywood elsewhere, with laminate, acrylic or PU shutters. Hardware is soft-close as standard.

FAQ
Modular Kitchens: questions
What is the price of a modular kitchen per sq ft in Mumbai?
Roughly ₹1,400 to ₹2,800 per sq ft of shutter area, depending on plywood grade, finish (laminate, acrylic or PU) and hardware brand. A complete 8–10 ft straight or L-shaped kitchen in the Essential range starts around ₹1.4 lakh.
Which shape suits a 1 BHK kitchen?
Most 1 BHK kitchens in Mira Road and Bhayandar suit a straight or L-shaped layout. Parallel layouts work when the kitchen is at least 7 ft wide.
Do you change the platform and plumbing too?
Yes. We can break the old platform, shift the sink or gas point and lay new dado tiles as part of the same job.
How do payments work?
Usually a booking amount to start, then payments linked to stages: civil and plumbing, ceiling and electrical, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay the full amount upfront.
Will you handle the society NOC?
Yes. We prepare the scope letter most societies ask for, follow the society working hours, book the service lift and remove debris every day or two.
