Ready-made furniture rarely fits Mumbai rooms. We build to your wall, ceiling and window sizes, so wardrobes go floor to ceiling and beds store bulky luggage underneath.
Units are made in plywood with laminate, acrylic, veneer or PU finishes, with soft-close hinges, tandem drawers and internal lighting where you want it.

How we work

Free site visit
We visit your flat or shop in Mira-Bhayandar or the western suburbs, take measurements, check walls, levels, plumbing and wiring, and listen to how you use the space.

Design + written quote
You get a layout, material options at two or three price levels and an itemised quote: every room, every item, labour and material shown separately. No lump sums.

Society paperwork
We help with the society renovation NOC, working-hour rules, lift booking and debris disposal so your neighbours stay on your side.

Execution in stages
Civil and plumbing first, then electrical, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, paint and finishing. You get photo updates on WhatsApp at every stage.

Handover + snag list
We walk the site with you, fix every snag on the list, clean up and hand over with care instructions and warranty details for fittings and hardware.

What does a wardrobe cost per sq ft?
Roughly ₹1,200 to ₹2,400 per sq ft of front, depending on plywood, finish and internal accessories.
Sliding or hinged wardrobe?
Sliding saves space in small bedrooms; hinged gives full access to the inside and costs less. We suggest the right one after measuring.
How do payments work?
Usually a booking amount to start, then payments linked to stages: civil and plumbing, ceiling and electrical, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay the full amount upfront.
Will you handle the society NOC?
Yes. We prepare the scope letter most societies ask for, follow the society working hours, book the service lift and remove debris every day or two.
