Can you fix damp patches before painting?
Yes. We find the source (usually a bathroom, window or external wall), treat it, and only then paint, otherwise the patch returns.
How do payments work?
Usually a booking amount to start, then payments linked to stages: civil and plumbing, ceiling and electrical, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay the full amount upfront.
Will you handle the society NOC?
Yes. We prepare the scope letter most societies ask for, follow the society working hours, book the service lift and remove debris every day or two.
