How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

Usually ₹1.2 lakh to ₹3 lakh for a standard Mumbai bathroom, including breaking, waterproofing, plumbing, tiles and fittings. The tiles and CP fittings you choose make the biggest difference.

Will renovation affect the flat below?

We test waterproofing with a ponding test before tiling, so the flat below stays dry. We also coordinate with the society if any common pipe needs work.

Can you renovate one room at a time?

Yes. We plan the sequence so at least one bathroom and the kitchen stay usable while you live in the flat.

How do payments work?

Usually a booking amount to start, then payments linked to stages: civil and plumbing, ceiling and electrical, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay the full amount upfront.

Will you handle the society NOC?

Yes. We prepare the scope letter most societies ask for, follow the society working hours, book the service lift and remove debris every day or two.
