What the rate includes
GI framing or POP base, boards or POP, joint taping, putty and primer. Lights (cove strips, COB, profile lights), extra electrical points and final paint are usually quoted separately because they vary by design.
Keep your rooms feeling tall
With 9 to 10 ft slabs in most Mira-Bhayandar flats, we avoid dropping the full ceiling. A peripheral border of 2 to 3 ft, dropped by 4 to 6 inches, hides wiring and carries cove lights while the centre stays at full height.
Avoiding cracks
Cracks usually come from poor framing or skipping joint tape. We use GI channels at the right spacing, tape every joint and leave curing time before paint.
